That usually means:
→ Clarifying the problem behind the brief;
→ Aligning design decisions with real business goals;
→ Building systems that scale, not one-off assets;
Design isn’t decoration. It’s a tool for reducing friction, building trust, and guiding people to act.

I focus on projects where design has long-term impact, not quick surface fixes.
If the goal is to “make it look nicer,” I’m probably not the right choice. If the goal is to make it work better, we’ll get along.
